PM for a year

if i was if i was the malaysian PM for a year, i'd:

1. send the deputy PM for all foreign relations engagements with the foreign minister assisting.
2. all the special functions ministers looks into domestic issues.
3. place the police under the judiciary. boost workload of the health, education and science ministry.
4. get a works minister who drives the developers hard for cost and quality.
5. flat rate for all road tax and no subsidies for fuel.
6. fix the domestic water issue.
7. engage singapore with reunification talks.
8. permit the local and federal monarchy to give titles only with federal government approval. review all persons currently holding honorific titles and remove those which have done nothing in service to the nation.
9. review the power and purpose of the senate.
10. abolish racial based party system.
